Our Lacks Service Center Technicians receive on-going training and use the most up-to-date computers as well as state-of-the-art testing equipment needed to properly diagnose and repair your product.
There is no limit to the number of repairs throughout the life of your service plan. If it is determined by our repair experts that your product can no longer be repaired, it will be replaced with a new product of like kind and quality.
We want to make sure you are happy with your product. If your product fails and needs repair more than three times for the same reason (outside the manufacturer’s warranty), it will be replaced.
