Full-Service Delivery with In-Home Set-Up does not include decorator services such as hanging mirrors/artwork, making beds, setting tables, etc.

What to Expect

Upon arrival, your driver will approach your front door and confirm that no one in your home is sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19.  

Symptoms include but are not limited to:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath

If you or anyone in your home is sick or symptomatic, our team is not allowed to enter. You may choose instead to have your items delivered to your doorway or garage. You may also choose to have your delivery rescheduled for a later date.

Merchandise Pick-Up

If you prefer, we offer merchandise pick-up from our central warehouse at no additional cost to you.

Monday through Saturday
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM by Appointment and Walk-Ins

What to Expect

Upon your arrival, you must enter through Gate 3 and stop at the check-in station. Do not exit the vehicle. A Lacks representative will greet you and request a copy of your sales contract and a valid photo ID. The name on the contract must match the name on the ID. If they do not, you will not be allowed to pick up the merchandise. If you need to have someone else pick up your merchandise please fill out this 3rd party waiver.

You will be directed to a specified bay, where you must remain in your vehicle until you are instructed to do so by a Lacks representative.

You will be allowed to exit your vehicle to inspect the loading of your merchandise only after Lacks representatives are at a safe distance.

When your transaction is complete, you must exit through the gate.

Please reschedule if you are not feeling well or are showing any COVID-19 symptoms including but not limited to:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath



  • Copy of your sales contract
  • Valid driver’s license or Government-issued ID. If you must have a 3rd party pick up your items you must have signed a waiver
  • A vehicle large enough to transport your items. For safety reasons, we cannot load merchandise on the roof of your vehicle.
