Lacks’ commitment to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience from beginning to end includes your choice of Free Doorstep Delivery or Full-Service Delivery with In-Home Set up by our Delivery Team. Whichever delivery service you choose, you can expect your items to arrive at your home in perfect condition.

Free Doorstep Delivery

With our *FREE Doorstep Delivery, your merchandise will be dropped off at your doorway or garage in its manufacturer packaging. Some assembly may be required. *FREE to local areas with promo code DOORSTEP at checkout. Deliveries outside local areas are eligible to receive a $129.95 delivery discount.

Full-Service Delivery with In-Home Set-Up

For a fee, Full-Service Delivery with In-Home Set-Up is available! Our trained delivery team will uncrate and set up your clean and polished furniture in the room of your choice, taking every precaution to keep everyone safe. 
 

What to Expect

Upon arrival, your driver will approach your front door and confirm that no one in your home is sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19.  

Symptoms include but are not limited to:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath

If you or anyone in your home is sick or symptomatic, our team is not allowed to enter. You may choose instead to have your items delivered to your doorway or garage. You may also choose to have your delivery rescheduled for a later date. 

To help ensure your safety and protect ours, we require that you remain at least 6 feet away from our delivery team at all times. If you have chosen to have your items brought inside, you may be asked to wait in another room while your items are set up if adequate distance cannot be maintained. 

When your items are in the requested location (inside or doorway) and our drivers are at a safe distance, you will be asked to inspect your items.

If your delivery is satisfactory, you will be asked to sign your receipt and your delivery is complete.

If you are unsatisfied with your delivery our driver will ask that our delivery manager contact you directly to help resolve the problem.

Requirements

  • Proper face covering must be worn by the Lacks delivery team and anyone in the home when social distancing protocols cannot be maintained.

 

Tips to Minimize Risk

We are taking precautions and following CDC guidelines to help stay healthy. Here are some considerations before your arrival.

  • Give our delivery team space to maintain social distancing standards if you choose to have them enter your home.
  • Have proper face-covering available. You may not always be able to maintain proper social distancing.
  • Have your own pen to sign documents available. A sanitized pen will be available to you should you not have one with you.
  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after handling merchandise.
  • Although we make every effort to properly sanitize your items, we recommend you wipe down your merchandise with sanitizer after your delivery

Merchandise Pick-Up

If you prefer, we offer merchandise pick-up from our central warehouse at no additional cost to you.

What to Expect

Upon your arrival, you must enter through Gate 3 and stop at the check-in station. Do not exit the vehicle. A Lacks representative will greet you and request a copy of your sales contract and a valid photo ID. The name on the contract must match the name on the ID. If they do not, you will not be allowed to pick up the merchandise. If you need to have someone else pick up your merchandise please fill out this 3rd party waiver.

You will be directed to a specified bay, where you must remain in your vehicle until you are instructed to do so by a Lacks representative.

You will be allowed to exit your vehicle to inspect the loading of your merchandise only after Lacks representatives are at a safe distance.

Please be aware, we are unable to offer assembly services at this time.

When your transaction is complete, you must exit through the gate.

Please reschedule if you are not feeling well or are showing any COVID-19 symptoms including but not limited to:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath

 

Requirements

  • Copy of your sales contract
  • Valid driver’s license or Government-issued ID. If you must have a 3rd party pick up your items you must have signed a waiver
  • A vehicle large enough to house your items. For safety reasons, we cannot load merchandise on the roof of your vehicle.
  • Proper face covering must be worn when social distancing protocols cannot be maintained.

  • Bring your own pen to sign documents. A sanitized pen will be available to you should you not have one with you.
  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after handling merchandise.
  • Leave your items in their packaging in a low traffic area of your home for a minimum of 72 hours. Although we make every effort to properly sanitize your items, we recommend you allow a minimum of 72 hours before opening.
  • Public restrooms are not available for use. To help limit the potential spread of germs, we are limiting access to bathrooms to employees only.
