Hooker Furniture Upholstery is a designer-inspired collection of upscale leather seating that includes versatile reclining chairs, modern-day reclining sofas, eclectic club and artisan accent chairs, as well as a selection of executive desk chairs for the home. Designed and curated to appeal to a variety of style tastes, each piece from Hooker Furniture Upholstery is meticulously crafted in a unique selection of textures and hues.

Kiln dried, laminated, and select hardwoods that are precision machined for fluid and consistent shape.

Pattern cut urethane foam that is padded with felt polyester fibers, assuring the important qualities of comfort, loft, resilience, and good recovery.

A high resilient, high density foam core wrapped with virgin polyester fibers, assuring luxurious comfort and pleasing crown appearance. This is then covered with a special ticking for pillow soft comfort.

Filled with precision cut foam and highly resilient polyester fibers or filled with 100% virgin polyester fibers enclosed in a special ticking for pillow soft comfort.

Headquartered in Martinsville, Va. where we maintain a corporate office and several distribution facilities, Hooker Furniture employs around 800 people at our Virginia and North Carolina locations. Our high-fashion custom upholstery by Sam Moore Furniture is manufactured in Bedford, Va. Much of our upscale leather upholstery line is manufactured in Hickory, N.C. by Bradington-Young. Hooker also imports an extensive line of wood bedroom, living room accents, dining room, home office and home entertainment furniture and some leather furniture from factories around the world. These include factories in Asia, Mexico and Central America. The design and engineering of these imported furnishings is all carefully overseen by Hooker or Bradington-Young in compliance with our high quality standards.

Hooker is known as an active, contributing corporate citizen in the Virginia and North Carolina communities in which we work and live. Our company is a leading contributor to charitable organizations such as the United Way, education and the arts, and our employees provide service to these organizations through volunteerism and board memberships. Swanky yet earthy and inviting, the kale accent chair has a tight seat and back, with the seat and inside back covered in the debonair espresso aniline top grain leather, while the outside back is covered in the dark brindle hair on hide. Brass nailhead trim and dark wood legs complete the look.
