Lacks Number 1 Club Terms

The Lacks #1 Club program is designed to reward our best customers with rebates and privileges not available to nonmembers.

To join, customers must complete an enrollment form and pay an annual membership fee of $10. Lacks credit account holders may charge the membership fee with their purchases. Others may pay with cash, check, or credit card. All customers will be sent a renewal form annually. A Lacks #1 Club Card will be sent to new members upon acceptance of enrollment form.

#1 Club points will be earned based on purchases made at any Lacks location. For all purchases made at Lacks, #1 Club points will accrue at the rate of 2% of qualifying purchases. A statement of points earned will be automatically sent to Lacks #1 Club members one month after the semi-annual anniversary of their original enrollment.

All points earned will be redeemable on any new merchandise or service purchase at any Lacks location. Points will be redeemed at the rate of one point = one dollar ($1). Points may not be used for payments on account balances.

To be eligible for the Lacks #1 Club rebate, Lacks account holders must maintain their account in good standing. The account must be current to charge the enrollment fee. Lacks #1 Club membership will automatically be cancelled if an account becomes 90 days past due.

Members will be notified by mail (and email) of special Lacks #1 Club sales events and other offers. Only members will be eligible for offers made during these events. Special offers will be valid only on event dates as specified in the mailings. Other special Lacks #1 Club offers - prices, discounts, financing, etc. - may be made available during normal Lacks events, but only to Lacks #1 Club members. If we have your email, we will send you each issue of our “Home Design Ideas” e-zine. We will NOT share your email address with anyone who is not employed as an associate or outside contractor by Lacks.

Commercial and business accounts are not eligible for Lacks #1 Club membership.
